Founder Roxanne O’Toole (better known as Roxy), Accumulated over 13  years of both local and international experience in the beauty industry, Roxy has settled back into her hometown of Brisbane, quickly building a loyal and extensive clientele base. In 2020 she opened By Roxy, establishing an expertly trained team to service her large and growing client list.
